We handle local drop-offs around Niagara, Hamilton and Burlington, plus longer trips across Ontario and qualifying Southern Quebec routes. Our service is for safe, lawful, non-hazardous items that fit securely in a sedan.

Arrange it with the seller
Agree on the purchase and payment directly with the seller. Let them know ORC is collecting it, and have the item securely packaged and ready for the agreed pickup.
We collect and deliver
Once your delivery is confirmed, we pick up the item and drive it directly to the agreed destination. No parcel-network transfers.
Sedan-sized purchases
Small finds. Useful parts. Everyday items.
Boxed electronics, tools, collectibles, clothing, small household items, and suitable automotive or equipment parts can be a good fit.
Send dimensions and photos before booking. We confirm every item’s suitability—we do not offer a moving-truck service for sofas, large appliances or oversized furniture.
No positioning fee near Welland.
If either pickup or delivery is within 40 driving kilometres of our Welland base, positioning is free. The delivery itself is still charged. For other trips, the estimator chooses one lower-cost positioning fee.

A few things to know.
Can you collect something from farther away?
Yes. Send both addresses and we’ll check the route. Southern dispatch is from Welland/Niagara; qualifying Northern-to-Northern trips use Sturgeon Falls. Timing depends on travel and driver availability, and the existing 1,400 km complete operating-route limit applies.
Do you buy or inspect the item for me?
No. You handle the purchase, payment and any questions about condition directly with the seller. ORC provides delivery, not escrow, product testing or a guarantee of the seller’s listing.
Does the seller need to package it?
Yes. Please arrange suitable protection and packaging before collection, particularly for fragile items. Tell us about access or handling needs before we confirm the trip.
How do I book?
Use the estimator with the seller’s pickup address and your delivery address, then choose “Request This Delivery” and select “Facebook Marketplace / Kijiji pickup.” Include the listing details, dimensions and weight. You can also call or email us. The trip is booked only after ORC confirms it.
